Policies
To ensure optimal selection and the best possible service we kindly ask that events be booked at least seven business days in advance. We understand events arise unexpectedly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We kindly request a confirmed number of guests be specified 5 business days prior to the event. This number is considered the guaranteed guest count.
Events are billed in three-hour increments. Events exceeding the three-hour limit will be subject to additional service fees.
We kindly request that cancellations must be made five business days prior to the contracted event date for all TAMU SA affiliated events. Please contact our office for non TAMU SA affiliated cancellation policies.
Service labor is an an additional charge of $19.90 per server hour. With an minimum of four hours.
We inventory a limited quantity of china and glassware available for an additional charge of $2.25 per guest. We have access to local vendors that can provide a wide variety of china offering and display items at an additional cost.
Tablecloths are supplied for all food and beverages service tables at events. Tablecloths for non-food tables are available for an additional $12.00 per table.
Alcohol service is provided by local licensed bar service companies for an additional charge.
Per consumption bars are charged per glass for liquor and sodas, and per bottle for beer and wine, all opened bottles of wine will be charged. Beer and Wine bars do not include assorted sodas. There is a $150 bar set up fee per bar. Drink tickets may be used, but please provide your own.
We request tax-exempt forms be emailed to our office at elizabeth.smith3@compass-usa.com three business days prior to the event.
A form of payment (purchase order or credit card) is kindly requested three business days prior to the event date. We ask that contracts be paid in full within thirty business days following the event.
Special diets are accommodated upon request, we kindly request that your needs be submitted as soon as possible. Additional Charges may apply.
